By booking an appointment with Silk Esthetics or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
1. Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, social media, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive 10+ minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
A valid card may be required to secure your appointment (depending on booking system).
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged a fee of up to 100% of the service.
Repeated violations may result in loss of booking privileges.
3. Payments
All services must be paid at the time of service.
We accept: cash, debit/credit cards, and [list other accepted forms like Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.].
Gratuities are appreciated but never required.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, deposits, or gift cards.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the studio so we can address it promptly.
For retail skincare or products, exchanges may be allowed within 7 days if unopened and unused.
5. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.
Do not book appointments if you are sick, contagious, or recovering from a recent procedure unless cleared by a doctor.
We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.
6. Minors
Clients under 18 must have parental consent.
Some services (e.g. waxing, chemical treatments) may not be available for minors.
7. Personal Belongings
Please keep your personal belongings with you. Silk Esthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
8. Photography & Social Media
We may request to take before/after photos of your service for portfolio or marketing purposes.
Your identity will be protected unless you give permission to be tagged or identified.
If you do not wish to be photographed, simply let us know at your appointment.
9. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
A client is under the influence of drugs/alcohol
Behavior is disrespectful, inappropriate, or threatening
There is a risk to the client’s health or safety
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
